sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity.
- Content that is intentionally or unintentionally false, deceptive, misleading and giving wrong information.

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the
skimp.org site. You agree to indemnify,
defend and hold harmless Click Media LLC, its affiliates, licensors, employees, and agents from and against
all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, and/or exemplary damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use,
misuse, inability to use the Service or the Content; arising out of submitted or posted Content made available through
the Service, or any violation by you of these Terms.
The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies
that may not be correct or current. Click Media LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content
at any time without prior notice. Click Media LLC does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions
will be corrected.
